Our induction heating machine are Available from 3kw to 1500kw deliverable output power with 0.5KHZ to1.1MHZ operating frequency range. All our products are divided into four major series according to the frequency:
Medium frequency series (abbr. MF series):0.2-20KHZ
High frequency series (abbr. HF series):30-100KHZ
Superaudio frequency series (abbr. SF series):5-40KHZ

About Induction heating power supply :
Medium frequency induction heating power supply's frequency range 1-20KHZ and power 15-600KW, parallel oscillating circuit is used in MF induction heaters, mainly application is metal melting and forging, so induction melting furnace and induction forging furnace are widely used for all kinds of metals. 
About Induction melting furnace:
Medium frequency induction melting furnace are mainly used for melting all kinds of metals: gold, silver, copper, brass, bronze, steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminum etc. melting capacity from 1kg to 300kg. compared with conventional melting method, induction melting machine can save energy 30%, high heating efficiency, melting fast, small size, heating uniformly, environmentally friendly, reduced the oxidation of burning, good working condition, etc.
Main Applications:
Medium frequency induction melting furnace are mainly used for the melting of gold, silver, platinum, copper, brass, bronze, zinc, steel, stainless steel, iron, aluminum and alloy materials, etc. melting capacity can be from 0.1kg to 500kg.
The composing of the Medium Frequency melting forging furnace:
1.Medium Frequency induction heating generator.
2.compensating capacitor.
3.melting furnace.
Infrared temperature sensor, temperature controller and water cooling system can also optional.
 Types of induction melting furnaces
Three types of induction melting furnaces can be selected according to the way of pouring out, they are tilting furnace, push-up furnace and stationary furnace.
According to the method of tilting, tilting furnace is divided into three kinds: Manual tilting furnace, Electrical tilting furnace and Hydraulic tilting furnace.


Main models and melting ability:

The table below lists the main models and recommended maximum melting abilities. First time About 50 to 60 minutes are needed to finish one melting process at cool status of the induction furnace, at hot status of the induction furnace, only 20 to 30 minutes are needed.  How to order?
